We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

   A: Orders placed before 5pm CST, typically ship same day (Mon-Fri). Delivery times can vary depending on the service that you select and the destination. Generally, our standard free shipping option can take 4-6 business days However, please be advised, as stated by the shipping carriers, these delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination address. If you require expedited delivery on a Saturday, please reach out to us at FluentHomeGoods@gmail.com for an individual quote, and complete shipping policy.
After placing your order, you may click the "My Account icon" link at the top right~ hand corner of our website to the track your order's status. You will also receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment, to the email address you provided at checkout.
We ship from our warehouses located in the United States. We currently ship to both the United States and Canada with plans to expand to new Countries.
Orders shipping within the United States will arrive 3-5 business days.Orders shopping internationally to Canada will arrive within 7-10 business days.
A: No problem at all, as long as your order has not already shipped out. Please email us directly atFluentHomeGoods@gmail.comas quickly as possible. Please provide your order number and any other permanent info.
A: Your payment method will be charged immediately upon clicking the 'Complete Order' button during the last step of the checkout process.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
